Poster Presentation Upload

File Name Convention

Please use the following file name convention for the file name of your poster: Day-session#-poster board#_Last name, First name

Example:
The poster presentation of Prof. Isabella Smith is scheduled on Thursday in Plaza Hall and is assigned poster board number P49 in session 12. The file name of the uploaded poster should be: Thu-22-P49_Smith, Isabella

It is very important that you adhere to the above convention to minimize errors when linking your presentation.

Poster size: A0 landscape (841 x 1189 cm or 33.11 x 46.81 inches)
File type: PDF only
Max. file size: 50 MB
