Participation:
The targeted audience includes scientists and advanced undergraduate and graduate students interested in the American monsoons and their role in the global monsoon system. There is no registration fee, but the number of participants is limited. Participants are encouraged to make a presentation. If interested, please submit a short abstract of your contribution through the online registration form, which will be available within the next days.
As a rule, support for travel and subsistence expenses should be secured by the participants. However, limited funds are available for graduate students and early career researchers (those who have obtained a Ph.D. within the last 5 years) who are nationals of, and working in, a developing Latin American country, subject to selection by the activity organizers. Such support is available only for those who attend the entire activity. Those applying for support are asked to submit an abstract. As the activity will be conducted in English, participants should have an adequate knowledge of that language.
