The joint GHP-TPE meeting will take place at the Hotel Himalaya. Rooms are available at the Hotel at the rates below, and include transportation to and from the hotel to the airport, 24 hour WiFi coupons, breakfast, and access to a pool and gym.

Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 13% VAT per night. Check-in is at 14:00 hours and check-out is 12:00 noon. Payment by credit card is accepted. All changes to or cancellations of your booking must be made at least 15 days prior to your arrival date in writing to reservation@hotelhimalaya.com.np. Note that calls or other verbal confirmations of cancellations or amendments are not acceptable. No-shows and those failing to write to hotel to inform the staff of the change in your booking will be charged one night’s stay.
A reservation form will soon be available from the International GEWEX Project Office, which will enable you to book a room at Hotel Himalaya.
All reservations need to be guaranteed either by credit card or by pre-payment of one night’s stay at the time of booking. Payment has to be made either in advance or before your departure.
