Abstract submission for the Conference is now closed. We are still accepting new registrations for a limited time, but new registrants will not be able to submit abstracts.
Space to attend the Conference is limited, so we encourage you to pay for your registration as soon as possible. You must pay your registration fee in order to attend the Conference. Spots will be given based on the date of registration fee payment.
If you have submitted an abstract but not yet paid for your registration, you can still pay for your registration by visiting the link at the bottom of the page. Sign back into your account and click through to the last page of the registration form, and select that you would like to pay for your registration fee. *Please note that due to a bug in the system, you may be asked to pay for your abstract again even if you have already paid for one. If this occurs, click on both “Abstract Fee” and “Registration Fee” under “Payment Options,” and if you get the correct registration fee total, then please hit “Submit” to proceed to the PayPal payment page.
The registration fee includes breakfast and lunch from Monday through Friday of the Conference, 7-11 May 2018.
Please note that we accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal for your registration payments. All payments are processed through PayPal, and you may need a PayPal account to pay.
Full week registration: 500 CAD (~405 USD)
Full week early bird registration: 450 CAD (~365 USD)
Full week for students: 400 CAD (~325 USD)
Abstract submission fee (non-refundable): 80 CAD (~65 USD)
Attendance for guest at banquet & reception: 100 CAD (~80 USD)
The early bird deadline has been extended to 28 February 2018, 11:59 PST. Note that one-day registrations are not possible. We also do not accept payment on site at the Conference, without exception.
