Oral Presentation Guidelines
Those giving oral presentations in the parallel sessions (sessions 1 through 26, with speakers listed in the program) have 12 minutes to present and 3 minutes to answer questions. Your presentation should be either a PowerPoint file or a PDF. The preferred aspect ratio is 4:3, but a 16:9 aspect ratio is also acceptable.
Presenters must upload their presentations to the computer (will be marked with a pink piece of paper soon) in the Ladyslipper-Arnica ballroom the day before they are scheduled to give their talk, at the latest. Please do not upload to the other computers. Use the computer in the Ladyslipper-Arnica room. The room will be open half-an-hour after the last session ends for the day, and after that the computer will be taken away. You can also upload your presentation during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks and during the lunch break on the day before your talk is scheduled. Please do not plan to upload your presentation in the morning before the plenary session starts. If your presentation is scheduled for Monday, you can upload your presentation to a computer available in the ballroom at 7:30 AM on Monday. Please do not plan on uploading your presentation on Monday morning after 8:00 AM, as we need to minimize any interruptions to the plenary session.
